Artie, thanks for writing. Your the first to stumble on this site but I'm hoping it grows over time. I'll try to add some photo's and video clips in the not to far distant future.
In the summer of 1969 I would have been 5 turning 6, my brother George would have been nearly 15 and would have been a junior counselor as well I believe Our immediate neighbors were the Honigs, you may of known Alan. My brother eventually dated a girl named Jill Schwartz who you might of known too. The only other person I remember who might have been close to your age was Andrew Koopman, my friend Evan's older brother.
As for news, my mom is still close with a number of people, sadly some of them have been passing away in recent years including the founders of the place, Moe & Estelle Spivak the owners/creators of Sunnycroft.
Keep in touch, post some memories and pictures if you got em!
I remember you and your brother Paul , you were in the main building right over the car port. I was in the main building too. My brother is Alan Einson I think you or Paul were friends.
